Dream soundscapers The Parallel Light release a Solaris themed journey with "Meridian".

Droning synthesizers and distorted, looping guitars are at the core of the psychedelic and hypnotic sound– with an eerie ambient, soundtrack vibe. Ryan Policky (A Shoreline Dream, Brimliski, Genessier) brings the sparse, perfectly effective guitar, while Eddie Breidenbach (The Omens, Genessier) layers on the rich and delicate sounds of analog synths.

Influenced by the visuals of sci-fi cinema, this duo spent the last two years creating their own otherworldly mood within their 2nd album, which is also being released as a double CD in physical format. The results are expansive soundscapes that will sedate and eclipse your daily thoughts, encouraging you to travel into unexplored parts of your mind.
